CPSN Workshop (Virtual): Towards Culturally Sustaining/Revitalizing Practices in Our Work with Students and Families of Color – Shaneé Washington

In this workshop, Dr. Shaneé Washington will present and make a case for culturally sustaining/revitalizing practices in teaching and learning with students and families of color. The workshop will also engage educators in critical self-reflection on their teaching and student learning. Lastly, the session will include collective activities and discussions on how to identify and disrupt practices that do not leave students and families of color feeling affirmed in who they are and with a deeper love for themselves and their communities.
